Open the Scorebooker app, tap “Register Book,” then either scan the QR code on the inside cover of your scorebook or enter the unique book code manually. Registration links your book to your account and unlocks AI scanning.

No. The Scorebooker app is designed exclusively for use with an official Scorebooker physical scorebook. A registered book code is required to access AI scanning and digital stat tracking.

Scorebooker currently supports baseball and softball. The score sheets and AI scanning are optimized for both sports.

Fill out your score sheet by hand as you normally would during a game. When you are ready to digitize it, open the Scorebooker app, tap “Scan,” and point your camera at the completed sheet. The AI reads the sheet and extracts the game statistics automatically.

For best results, ensure the sheet is flat, well-lit, and fully within the camera frame. Avoid scanning in low light or at an angle. If scanning still fails, you can use manual entry to input the stats directly in the app.

Yes. You can edit any scanned statistics within 24 hours of the scan. Tap the game entry in your history, then tap “Edit” to make corrections.

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days after processing. International orders generally take 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and customs.

You can track your order from the Orders tab in the Scorebooker app, or via the shipping confirmation email sent to you after your order ships.

Unused scorebooks in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used scorebooks are final sale. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@scorebooker.app.

Yes. Your Scorebooker account syncs across devices. Sign in with the same credentials on any device to access your registered books and game history.

To request account deletion, go to your Profile in the app and tap “Contact Support.” Our team will process your deletion request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
